Returns Policy

  • A Returns Form is included with every shipped item.
  • Please note there is no returns, credits or exchanges on sale items.
  • Please note there is no return on items that arrive outside the expected estimate from Australia Express Post.
  • emporiastore.com will accept returns on full priced purchases within seven working days from date of delivery.
  • Please send your returns in a prepaid or traceable method to ensure a safer and documented delivery.
  • You may exchange the returned item for another chosen by you or we will provide you with an online credit note valid for six months to the value of your purchase.
  • Returns will be accepted only if the goods purchased are returned to us in perfect condition, have not been worn, have not been washed, have not been damaged in any way and have all original tags and swing tags attached.
  • All return postage costs are to be paid by the purchaser.
  • We will attempt to exchange the returned item for a different size or colour subject to availability. Failing this a credit note will be issued.
  • A full refund will only be given in the unlikely event that purchased goods are faulty or damaged. Please follow all washing and care instructions. Goods are deemed faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault has occurred or occurs within six months of purchase. This does not include damage to goods incurred through wear and tear.
  • We will repair or replace any faulty goods with the same product subject to availability.
  • Cancellation of orders will not be accepted once your order has been dispatched. We require written confirmation (email) of your cancellation.
  • If the goods have been dispatched we will not be able to cancel your order. Follow the returns procedure and you will be issued a credit note for the purchased amount. Once again the goods must be returned to us as new, undamaged and with all original tags attached. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • If for any reason emporiastore.com cannot fill your requested and purchased order we will notify you by email no later than 2 working days. We will then process a payment reversal if the transaction has been successfully processed.
  • If you are returning a garment that was purchased for you as a gift then we will issue a credit note to you. As with all returns you will be responsible for any return postage costs.
  • Please note the following regarding returns:
  • Shoes and footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface and must be returned to us with unmarked soles. Any sign of wear and tear and the return will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser. Footwear must be returned to us in their original and undamaged box or packaging.
  • Jewellery may be returned and exchanged however pierced earrings may not be returned due to health regulations.
  • In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are faulty.
  • We are unable to accept returns on purchases from emporiastore.com at Emporia. Likewise, purchases from Emporia cannot be returned to emporiastore.com.
